Prepare your property for lease or to be placed on the real estate market. Cleaning entails every surface to be cleaned and disinfected including: Throughout the home, the following areas will be wiped down and disinfected as needed: Vents, ceiling and wall vents, including those located in bathrooms Light fixtures, including ceiling fans Light switch and plates Doors, door frames, door knobs Baseboards Window sills Blinds dusted Cabinet door fronts, inside doors, shelves Ledges Stair case banister n/a Entrance swept - Flooring will be swept and steam mopped - Spider webs removed *Note that visible spiders may be removed in this process but in no way is a guarantee that all spiders will be removed. Spiders are known to spin webs within an hour. Cleaners will note if there are a large amount of spiders. Bathrooms Toilet and sink will be cleaned, disinfected and deodorized Mirrors cleaned Bathtub, shower walls, glass sliding door will be cleaned of dirt and soap scum, disinfected and deodorized Kitchen, non-permanent stains and grease will be removed from all areas Stove top Oven Stove extractor Back splash Refrigerator and freezer doors inside and out as well as shelves and drawers Dishwasher door cleaned, inside cleaned and disinfected Microwave door cleaned, inside cleaned and disinfected
